With over 900 events across our spaces last year, we have identified the need for catering suppliers that will suit different scales of event capacity, scales of budget, and a range of offers that appeals both to commercial clients but also our local community. We are looking for a diversity of cuisine that can meet the diversity of our expanding client base.
Criteria for Scale < 300
- Can cater up to 300 guests.
- A sustainable, and/or local, and/or sociable approach that aligns with Woolwich Works’ ethos.
- Menus suitable for light lunches, grab’n’go, working lunches, casual dinners, and receptions.
- A track record of working in a professional and responsible manner, preferably in a venue or festival environment.
- A keenness to work collaboratively and proactively for mutual benefit.
Criteria for Scale > 300 – 2000
- Can cater dinners for up to 600, and can scale up to general events catering of 1000 – 2000 guests.
- Provides catering management services to oversee the smooth running of event delivery.
- Has a range of offers that appeal to a broad client base, and can adapt menus and offers to suit requests.
- Is able to work in efficiently in a dry hire venue, providing necessary equipment and staffing to facilitate all aspects of catering the event.
- Can, where required, operate and run a full bar service.
- A keenness to work collaboratively and proactively for mutual benefit.
Suppliers may find that they can sit across both scales, or wish to just apply for one.
