Our food offerings were nothing short of exceptional, promising an array of tantalizing choices that catered to diverse palates. From the robust flavors of Lebanese Styled Chicken and Turkish Lamb Shish Marinade Skewers to the delicate dance of Monkfish with Merguez Sausage, the selection left no taste bud unexplored. And let’s not forget the culinary marvel of Tiger Prawns dressed in Garlic Red Pepper Tomato goodness, accompanied by Grilled Vegetable / Aubergines Skewered Kebabs and authentic Turkish Sausages.
Complementary Harmony: Sides and Desserts
Our event was an ensemble of tastes, where the main act was complemented by an exquisite chorus of side dishes and desserts. The creamy allure of Potato Salad in a yogurt chives dressing, the vibrant medley of Tropical Salad featuring Mixed Leaf, Pomegranate, Watermelon, and Feta Cheese, and the refreshing Mixed Coban Salad, all worked in harmony to elevate the dining experience. A variety of Breads brought an artisanal touch to every bite.
And what’s a celebration without a sweet ending? Desserts like Watermelon Surprise, Kadayif Pistachio Twisted Rolls, Fried Pineapple with Swiss Vanilla Ice Cream, and Key Lime Chilled Crumble embraced the essence of summer, leaving everyone with a satisfied smile.
