Despite the bad weather we soldiered on with our annual Summer BBQ with our host, The Clarendon Hotel, allowing us the use of their delightful Meridian Restaurant with delicious food being prepared by their skilled cooks and indoor grill. The wine flowed freely as our members mingled and networked in a relaxed setting with members from Grant Saw Solicitors, Berkeley Homes and both Greenwich and Lewisham Councils in attendance.
The guests were treated to an inspiring speech by the Chamber’s president, Helen McIntosh, regarding the future of the chamber as well as saying farewell to departing board members and staff as they find greener pastures.
All in all, the BBQ was a resounding success, but don’t worry if you missed it, the Chamber runs regular events all year long that offer great networking experiences to businesses local to South-East London.
